Independence Construction Co. of VA (ICV) was founded in March of 1986, and has been performing various general construction projects throughout the United States since that date. ICV currently employs 45 to 50 employees whose talents vary from construction workers, painters, carpenters, and welders to engineers, and administrative personnel. All estimating, engineering and administrative duties are performed from our office at 301 Cleveland Place, Suite 103, Virginia Beach, Virginia.

	Thomas H. Watts Owner/President Mr. Watts is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and has been active in the construction industry since 1971. He heads the operation at ICV. He has been active in the construction industry since 1969. 	Terry L. Thompson Chief Estimator/ Vice President Mr. Thompson is Old Dominion University graduate and continues his education in estimating, bidding, and construction contract. Sanson Controller/Treasurer/Secretary Donna is a C.P.A. and a graduate of Western Maryland College with a degree in Economics and Business Administration.
